Senior Sustainability Consultant (Client Side) Leeds/Manchester - to £59,000 + c.10% Bonus + Pension 12% + Package. What you’ll need: Practical experience of BREEAM Assessments, developing pre-assessments, collecting evidence and writing statements for submission Experience of conducting advanced data analytics including energy modelling and life-cycle analysis (LCA) using programmes such as IES and/or One Click. Working knowledge of building certification standards like LEED, WELL, Fitwel or ISO Demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of energy strategies and green certifications within the built environment including, target setting, data analysis, legislative compliance and auditing Experience in routine reporting internally and externally for client stakeholders Clear and evident passion to drive sustainability within the built environment Strong programme management skills Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment Highly motivated and self-assured individual with drive for self-development In summary: We’re looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join a truly global business to work on major client relationships, with the full support of the Associates and Directors within the business.  With direct access to a variety of Real Estate clients, you’ll be working from inception, at the very earliest of project stages, way before that of a traditional consultancy, ensuring their strategies are implemented at building level. Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, housing, and property management systems. Full Driving Licence Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive building surveys to assess repair and maintenance needs. Qualifications: Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment) or higher. Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in repair and maintenance.
