No, all of our courses are continuous professional development. You can log your CPD hours in your MyCIBSE portal. Some of our courses have exams (energy assessor courses) and if successful, you can apply to be on a certified register with CIBSE Certification. 

All our exams are now online. Results should be received within a week from the date it was completed.

We usually recommend the exam to be completed 14 days after purchase/course attendance.

Yes, you will receive a CPD certificate after completing the course. This will be emailed to you along with our evaluation form.

• EPC: This exam is made up of 50 multiple choice questions
• DEC: This exam is made up of 50 multiple choice questions
• ESOS: This exam is made up of 30 multiple choice questions
• ISO: This exam is made up of 40 multiple choice questions
• Part L: This exam is made up of 20 multiple choice questions
• Heat Networks: This exam is made up of 50 multiple choice questions

The majority of our courses are one day, however we also have two day, three mornings, three day, four mornings and half day courses. On all of our course pages, unless its a one day course the duration will be specified. 

Remote: This is hosted via Microsoft Teams and can be accessed from anywhere.

Face-to-Face Training: Most are held at our head office in Balham, London. We also schedule training in various locations around the UK including Manchester & Birmingham. If you would like a course delivered in your work place we also offer 'in house' training. 

Our courses are presented by our technical trainers. The day may include group work, discussions such as a question and answer session as well as working examples and calculations.

If this is a Remote training, the course materials will be sent to delegates on the day of the course. 

If this is a Face-to-Face training, course materials will be sent to delegates one day before the commencement 

Once you have logged into your MyCIBSELearning Portal, you can access your courses by selecting 'My Courses'.

Core Engineering: Between 4 - 7 CPD hours | please see each course page for exact number.

Digital Engineering:  2 CPD hours.

From the date of purchase you will have one year to complete the module. This will not need to be completed in one sitting, unless you are completing an exam, in which case the time will depend on the exam you are taking.

The introductory courses are ideal for graduates or senior engineers looking for an overview or to refresh their knowledge.  All of our individual 'On Demand' pages have a section titled “Audience” for guidance, on our website.
