Your new company A well established Mechanical Contractor that has been operation for over 100 years seeks a Revit / BIM & CAD Engineer to join their team. Your new role Experience in populating 2D philosophy / concept M&E Drawings in 2D CAD / Revit / BIM from Stage 3 to 6 Design Levels.*Experience in View Templates or Worksets. *Experience in using BIM360 or ACC which is essential for coordinating services and syncing the model before publishing it when you want others to be able to get access to the model. *An understanding of a BEP (BIM execution plan) *An understanding of the different BIM Levels and COBie requirements including the implementation of same. *An understanding of clash detection and its use and collaborating with other members of the design team to overcome potential issues. Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate design conflicts early in the project lifecycle. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced Revit/CAD Technican from the Building Services Industry What you'll get in return Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 Depending on Experience Office working hours: Mon- Fri inclusive 0800 - 1700hrs less 1hr lunch break. Mechanical Project Manager

Your new company A Mechanical Contractor, established over 100 years ago looks for a Mechanical Project Manager Your new role Attend Post-tender / Pre-contract review meetings with Clients & Main Contractors to discuss and agree contract scope along with both commercial and contractual matters.* Post contract award carry out initial equipment checks alongside our design team and advise the design team of any concerns at the earliest opportunity to avoid any procurement / programming or financial implications later. * Post contract award develop equipment procurement and buying schedules for allocated contracts, along with sending out enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors based on received contract documents for completeness and for better buying purposes. * Place subcontract & material orders to satisfy the requirements of our contracts to satisfy technical, programme, cost and quality compliances. * Monitoring of site labour and keeping a record of site activities, numbers of operatives / sub-contractors on site and cost checks against the tender estimates What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager from a Building Services Background What you'll get in return Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Depending on Experience Office working hours: Mon- Fri inclusive 0800 - 1700hrs less 1hr lunch break.
