Whether you are just starting in your career,  looking to improve your professional network and CV, or you are well-established and have a wealth of experience and expertise to put to good use, CIBSE has a volunteering opportunity for you. We have a breadth of volunteering roles to suit your experience and availability.

What sort of volunteering?

CIBSE volunteers cover a range of roles across regions, groups and societies, contributing to articles, interviewing potential corporate members, knowledge and technical groups, and standards work. Some volunteer opportunities are just one-off, some might taken an hour or so, while others can be an ongoing three-year commitment to participate in a Committee that takes time each week.

Are you an employer? 

As an employer, there is so much to be gained by encouraging your engineers to get involved with CIBSE beyond membership.
