Net Zero Presentation

Join us for a presentation from Dr Julie Godefroy, Head of Net Zero Policy at CIBSE, on the UK's first Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, which will be launched in Autumn 2024. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion and networking opportunities. The presentation will include an overview of the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, including: Objectives and guiding principles Development process and organisational structure Principles for the technical requirements Verification and evidence principles Speaker: Julie Godefroy, a chartered engineer and Head of Net Zero Policy at CIBSE. She has significantly contributed to CIBSE's Climate Action Plan and the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, authored the CIBSE TM40, and co-authored a study on retrofitting buildings.
