Plate Heat Exchangers This CPD explores the correct design and use of plate heat exchangers in various applications within a heating and hot water environment, including hot water generation, system separation, pressure break, temperature reduction, use with renewables, integration with hot water storage, and district schemes. Examples of system designs, including some of the above applications are included in the presentation. The course explains how to select and design a package of controls for the various applications, to fully understand the capabilities of the many types of heat exchangers. Examples of complete product designs are included.
