Simon has been involved with plumbing and heating all of his working life. Having completed both craft & advanced craft plumbing qualifications, he went on to run his own heating installation & service business for 16 years. During this time, he carried out work in residential, commercial and educational establishments. In addition to plumbing and heating, Simon is experienced in works such as Gas (domestic, commercial), Heat pumps, Biomass, Solar thermal and Oil. In 2007, Simon became a lecturer at the Colchester Institute, with responsibilities for gas, oil and bespoke training programmes relating to mechanical building services. Over recent years, Simon has been responsible for pre and post sales support at Smith's Environmental Products Ltd. He is also involved in with standard and bespoke product development for residential and commercial applications.
