The Society of Light and Lighting are delighted to invite you to a cross-regional collaborative event. Featuring two highly respected lighting designers and two manufacturers acclaimed in the museum and gallery sector, these SLL events in Manchester and Edinburgh are dedicated to the specialism that is museums and conservation.
Join us in Edinburgh to meet with Kevan Shaw and Stoane Lighting to dive into the subject of museum lighting.
Kevan will be discussing the state of the art in Museum and Gallery lighting, how different approaches are used in the UK, Europe and the USA and how we can use lighting to enhance the visual information in museum objects.
While Stoane Lighting’s presentation, delivered by Managing Director Dave Hollingsbee, aims to summarise the key technical considerations when selecting lighting equipment for use in Museum and Gallery applications.
