The Opportunity: This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, number 1 in the global market in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuations, with revenues in excess of £20bn and 500 offices globally. A move into their M&E Design & Projects team would represent absolute career progression. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director – Mechanical Building Services Engineering to join their Manchester office. They currently have circa £15m worth of MEP works on site, with circa £1m worth of design work already in the pipeline, so a really strong order book, and exciting pipeline. *The role will involve working with an existing client base to lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients. It is a great time to join the business as due to growth they are expecting the Manchester team to double in size within the next 1-2 years, and therefore there are great opportunities for growth and progression within the team. Based in either a central Manchester office or working from home, you’ll be part of a team on working projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
