Kingspan support and recognise the hard work of young engineers and building services employers
As we work towards a zero-carbon built environment, the role of the mechanical engineer has arguably never been so important nor the possibilities for young people entering our industry so great. The CIBSE Young Engineers Awards offer a wonderful opportunity to recognise the hard work of the young candidates and their employers alike, and supporting this is a clear business priority for Kingspan Technical Insulation.
Companies like ours have a greater role to play in the future as engineers grapple with everchanging challenges. The demand for more sustainable designs and better energy-efficient performance of HVAC and building services systems will put future generations of engineers to the test. Kingspan Technical Insulation wants to be part of their education and, equally importantly, part of their ongoing technical support network as they look for ever more innovative design solutions.
Swegon support Young Engineers Awards 2020
In recent times, the building services industry has demonstrated its willingness and ability to step up to the challenge of supporting our country’s essential sites.
Specialists from building services have been ensuring facilities such as hospitals, supermarkets, and care homes can continue to function. At Swegon, we continue to play our part, but we are also preparing for the future because we know that the industry is going to emerge stronger and more determined than ever.
That is why we will continue our long-standing support of the CIBSE Young Engineers’ Awards.
Upcoming generations of building services engineers will be stepping up to the challenge of this increasingly digital world, where our work will play an important part in environmental sustainability and occupant wellbeing.
Their skills will have even greater prominence in a changing future. They have a wonderful opportunity to change the world, and we will remain right beside them.
