SFE and CWCT are collaborating yet again and are seeking feedback from Members on the rejection reasons/clarifications (where related to the façade design) on the Gateway 2 Submissions. The aim for this collaboration is to try and provide façade-specific guidance related to Gateway 2 submissions to the Building Safety Regulator. Please refer to the page below and get in touch with us.

Give us your feedback now.

Initial guidance on Gateway 2 rejections is now available.  The list provided is based on a very limited number of responses. We really want to update this to make it as comprehensive as possible. In order to do this, we need your help. We need you to share reasons that Gateway 2 applications have been unsuccessful. It is in everyone’s best interests that this is done.  If you are able, please provide feedback via the link above.  Please share this as widely as possible and encourage others to respond.
