Reduced Subscription Rate

A reduced subscription rate is available to those who fall under 2 categories:

  1. Retired members who are:

    • Retired from full time employment (members already on the retired rate are not required to re-apply for the reduced rate)

  2. Concessionary members who are either:

    • Currently out of work on maternity/paternity leave

    • Earning less than £7,500 per annum or equivalent

    • Currently unemployed or on long term sick leave

To receive the reduced subscription rate for your current renewal:

  •  Applications should be submitted by the 1st June of the current renewal year.

    • For those applying under the retired category after the 1st June, your application will be processed and will be applied from the next renewal year

    • For those applying under the concessionary category after the 1st June, applications will not be processed. You should apply once your next renewal notice has been issued

The reduced subscription rate is not available to those who are applying for membership, upgrading or reinstating their membership.

Members residing in Sri Lanka or the People’s Republic of China, with earning less than £10,000 (or equivalent) are entitled to apply for a discounted subscription. Members residing in Sri Lanka can receive a 60% discount on their subscription fee. Members residing in the People’s Republic of China can receive a 40% discount on their subscription fee.
