Dr Hywel Davies presented to all the Home Counties on the Building Safety Act.
This CPD traces the journey from basic switches to connected building eco-systems, looking into the technology, and applications of data harvesting, maximising energy consumption and creating dynamic spaces with lighting quality taken to even new heights.

Steve is Lighting Applications Manager for Fagerhult UK and has spent 41 years in the lighting industry, initially as a lighting designer but more latterly in management roles encompassing design, systems, marketing, technical and sales, in both the UK and Europe
The UK has signalled that it will be a zero carbon country by 2050 and is focused on building safety and efficiency as the key areas that need to be addressed urgently. What can we expect to change? This presentation gives an overview on the timeline for Building Regulations, Future Homes Standard, and the Building Safety Bill.

In this webinar, Martin Hine from Prolojik discusses the key aspects of smart control systems within the built environment including, smart buildings and sensing networks, lighting controls, The WELL Standard and the technologies now available. Martin also discusses the application of smart technologies, within buildings, including interfacing with systems and future trends in smart technologies.
