The organisers reserve the right to feature/display submitted material in any editorial or promotional work related to the Awards.

If a judge is connected with a nominated project, they will not be involved in the judging of that project.

Any organisation submitting an entry for more than one category is more than welcome to do, but must use a separate Entry Form per submission.

The Sustainability and Innovation categories are unable to be entered immediately. You must enter any of the categories:
- New Build
- Refurbishment
- Special Structure

There are questions specific to both of these categories. Entrants will be shortlisted based on the scores to these questions.

Please read the entry requirements carefully. All Young Façade Engineer entrants must submit a three-minute video answering the topic 'the role that a façade engineer has to enhance performance, provide value and deliver safety. Please conclude with what you believe to be one of the biggest challenges faced by a façade engineer and what a façade engineer can do to overcome these challenges.'

If you are shortlisted you will be invited to an interview to present on a topic (TBD).

Entries are limited to a maximum character count per section – any other information if required by judges will be requested by Awards committee.

The organisers reserve the right to reject any entry if, in their opinion, it fails to comply with the rules.

Entries previously entered in past years will be disqualified/rejected.

If submitting on behalf of a client, clients must be made aware in advance of any entries that refer to them and the judges may require evidence of client endorsement.
