Speaker's Profile

Kerry Mashford began her career in power generation equipment before moving into utilities and then product and manufacturing innovation, including a secondment from Unilever to direct the DTI’s Manufacturing 2020 Foresight programme. Recent roles include: innovation and programme management in low-impact buildings for the Technology Strategy Board, Technical Director of the Ecological Sequestration Trust, and Head of Sustainable Manufacturing & Construction for Arup. She now leads the National Energy Foundation, the primary objective of which is improving the use of energy in buildings through: inspiring action, increasing capacity, advancing knowledge and supporting the delivery of high-performing new and refurbished buildings.
