Electrical Design Engineer - To £45K + Package + Ongoing Training and support This medium sized global, Building Services Engineering Consultancy is owned and led by engineers who understand the importance of training, developing, retaining, and promoting their employees. Due to growth, they are currently looking for an additional Electrical Building Services Design Engineer for their Manchester office. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll benefit from working for a consultancy that continues to put their people before profit and offers clear progression. You'll have direct access to their Partners and Associates, and their CIBSE Approved Training and Development program that will help you become a CEng / MIET as soon as you are ready to. Supported from above and below by a team of Juniors and Graduates, you'll help design the full suite of electrical building services. Projects include education, healthcare, leisure, and mixed-use projects, typically from RIBA Stages 2-4. You'll join a friendly and inclusive team and work for a supportive Electrical team leader, who understands the importance of maintaining a positive work life balance. They offer a 35-hour week, a hybrid working policy of three days a week in the office, 4% pension, 26 days annual leave, payment of professional memberships, 4 x life assurance, annual salary review and a clear path to Senior and then Associate. Minimum Requirements HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Familiar with at a Building Services Software such as Amtech (Trimble ProDesign), ElectricalOM or StabiCAD for Revit. Able to work in the UK, without the need to be sponsored. At least two years' experience in a similar role, working for a consultancy or design and build contractor.
