The CIBSE Lifts Group is pleased to invite everyone to our Annual General Meeting 2025 and seminar

Join us for the Lifts Group Annual General Meeting 2025 and evening seminar at the Sweco office in London, UK. This in-person event will bring together industry professionals, experts, and enthusiasts for an afternoon of insightful seminar and networking.

The CIBSE Lifts Group invites you to attend its Annual Meeting on 06 March 2025.

Due to recent CIBSE governance changes, Officers can now serve for a 3 year term without needing to be re-elected. They can serve for a maximum of 2 3year terms in one Officer role. Elected members still have to be re-elected every year, but can only serve for a maximum of 12 years on the committee before they will need to have one year off the committee.

The roles available for Lifts Groups members to nominate themselves for are outlined below, the current committee nominates the people as outlined below to fulfil these positions. In the event of more than one nomination being received per role, an election will take place.

The membership is invited to submit additional nominations. The nominations to join the committee close 23 January 2025. To nominate yourself, please fill out this form.


All Officer positions require Corporate CIBSE membership (LCIBSE, ACIBSE, MCIBSE, FCIBSE.)

Should there be more nominations than positions available, a ballot will be held.

*There are now opportunities to share the roles of Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary or Honorary Treasurer with one other individual if this would make it viable for you to progress with your nomination - you can indicate this within the nominations form.
