Book NowThis seminar brings together leading hydraulic industry experts to explore the complexities of codes and standards, their legislative underpinnings, and the real-world impact of performance-based solutions.
Tom Roberts will provide a deep dive into the hydraulic legislative framework that shapes codes and standards, offering insights into how these regulations evolve over time, the drafting process, and what happens when a standard remains silent on a critical issue.
Building on this foundation, Tom Wise will examine the growing need for hydraulic performance-based solutions, demonstrating how existing prescriptive standards fall short and what best practices look like in bridging these gaps.
Rounding out the discussion, Dr. Annette Davison will tackle the often-overlooked issue of water hygiene within the regulatory framework. She will emphasise how owners bear responsibility for ensuring their systems remain fit for purpose, regardless of what a standard dictates. Attendees will gain valuable insights into designing effective performance solutions that prioritise water hygiene and mitigate risk.
Join us for this essential session and gain the knowledge needed to navigate compliance challenges, implement robust solutions, and maintain the highest standards of water safety.
