Join us for the CIBSE Patrons Annual General Meeting, a must-attend event for all CIBSE Patrons. This in-person and online event is an opportunity for members to come together, share ideas, and discuss the future of CIBSE Patrons.
During the meeting, we will review the achievements of the past year, discuss upcoming initiatives, and elect new members to the committee. It's a chance for you to have your say and shape the direction of CIBSE Patrons.
We encourage all CIBSE Patron members to attend and actively participate in the discussions. Your input is invaluable in helping us drive innovation and excellence in the building services industry.
The CIBSE Patrons Annual General Meeting will be followed by our Annual House of Lords Lunch at the nearby Palace of Westminster. Attendance for the lunch will need to be booked separately.

The roles available for CIBSE Patrons members to nominate themselves for are outlined below, the current committee nominates the people as outlined below to fulfil these positions. In the event of more than one nomination being received per role, an election will take place.

Any member of the Patrons organisation is eligible to nominate themselves to join the committee, regardless of their own individual membership.
To nominate yourself for the committee, fill out this form by Thursday 27 March 2025.
Should there be more nominations than positions available, a ballot will be held.
*There are now opportunities to share the roles of Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary or Honorary Treasurer with one other individual if this would make it viable for you to progress with your nomination - you can indicate this within the nominations form.
