Join us at our next Wellbeing Event.

Expect 15 minutes of deep breathing before you have your first of 3 ice baths. This unique experience is designed to push your limits and build resilience by alternating between intense cold exposure and soothing heat therapy. Over the course of three rounds, you'll immerse yourself in ice baths, training your body and mind to master the cold. Each ice bath will be followed by a revitalizing session in a warm sauna, allowing you to reset and prepare for the next plunge. The session finishes with a guided meditation in the sauna.
