This AGM will include confirmation of Committee members including a new Chair and important discussion on the Incorporated Society status

The CIBSE New Zealand AGM will be held at 5:30pm NZT, Wed 5 March 2025, online.

The list above identifies current committee members who are willing to continue on the committee. Several additional people have expressed interest in contributing and so additional nominations for roles are welcomed for an expanded committee.

Please note that self-nomination is permitted. Should there be more than one nomination for a particular role, an online voting system will be implemented in advance of the AGM date.

Rule Change Proposals

Any proposed motion to amend or replace these Rules shall be signed by at least 5 eligible Members and given in writing to the Secretary at least 14 days before the Society Meeting at which the motion is to be considered and accompanied by a written explanation of the reasons for the proposal.
