CIBSE HVAC Systems Group Annual General Meeting

Join our Annual General Meeting, where we will reflect on past achievements and reveal plans for the year ahead.

The CIBSE HVAC Systems Group is pleased to invite everyone to our 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Due to recent CIBSE governance changes, Officers can now serve for a 3-year term without needing to be re-elected. They can serve for a maximum of 2 3-year terms in one Officer role. Elected members still have to be re-elected every year.

Officers without needing to be re-elected in 2025:

All Officer positions require Corporate CIBSE membership (LCIBSE, ACIBSE, MCIBSE, FCIBSE.)

Should there be more nominations than positions available, a ballot will be held.

*There are now opportunities to share the roles of Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary or Honorary Treasurer with one other individual if this would make it viable for you to progress with your nomination - you can indicate this within the nominations form.
