Backwater Protection and Built in Flood Resilience - EN:13564

The webinar will discuss the importance and factors around protecting properties from backwater flooding. It will include a review of Building Regulations Part H and EN 13564 pertaining to backwater valves. And through a review of installation examples – examine different options of hybrid over-pumping solutions that both protect the property from flooding and allow continued wastewater removal during flood conditions. The webinar will review installation and ongoing maintenance requirements, as well as the impact of correctly sizing systems.
