As the construction of new buildings and modern homes becomes increasingly airtight, Airflow has taken a huge step in revolutionising products that will help M&E design engineers, architects and building contractors create buildings that will comply with government building regulations Part F, L and O and also contribute to the UK’s Net-ZERO target.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBSE (the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers), it operates the only UKAS-accredited schemes for EPC and DEC Energy Assessors in the UK. CIBSE Certification serves as the Built Environment Certification Body for professionals dedicated to delivering better-performing buildings, supporting decarbonisation, promoting energy conservation, and enhancing safety, health, and wellbeing.

CMR

CMR CONTROLS LTD is a market leader in advanced air measurement technology. We specialise in the
manufacture of ultra-low pressure and airflow sensors and control systems. The overall efficiency of a building depends on various factors. One of the most important ones is the accurate measurement of airflow through the ventilation system. The CMR high precision differential pressure sensors and the CMR Flowprobes and Flowgrids are designed to deliver these accuracies in air measurement applications. Our products are used in critical environments, such as pharmaceutical research and production areas, hospitals and universities, data centres, or industrial and commercial buildings. CMR has its own research and development team. Working closely with our customers, we develop specific systems that take the relevant criteria for each building into account.

Headquartered in Basildon, we have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant where we design, engineer, and manufacture our products. CMR is a UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory.
