Geoff, a leader in the industry with over 50 years of experience, has driven improvements in maintenance strategies and delivery standards across sectors like banking, transport and government. He chaired the CIBSE Facilities Management Group for 21 years, founded the CIBSE fellows network, and is a Fellow of CIBSE, RICS and IWFM. Geoff continues his consultancy and leadership work with Modern Support Services and REAL Leaders. Geoff will discuss influences and his own Leadership Journey, together with ideas and techniques to help develop your own ‘Soft skills’ in leading people, particularly through change.
