The award can be in recognition of a specific building project, or for strategies applying to several sites or across portfolios.

- Entries are by nominatione. entries should be submitted by consultants, contractors, or other parties within the client’s project team.
- Entries may be submitted by any or all members (together) of the client’s project team
- Entries should be based on services delivered for the client during the period 1 September 2022 to 31 August 2024.
