If you have a query that has not been answered below, fill in our enquiry form and we will get back to you shortly. Please note our working hours are between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

How do I book a course?

  • If you want to pay by card, go to the desired course, select “find out more” and register.

 

How many days are the courses?


The majority of our courses are 1 day. We do have 2 days, 3 days and half day courses. On all our training pages, if it doesn't state otherwise the courses would be a 1 day. 

 

How many CPD hours is my course worth?

Half Day: 4 CPD hours
1 Day: 7 CPD hours
2 Day: 14 CPD hours
3 Day: 21 CPD hours


Do I gain a qualification?

No. Our courses work towards your continuous professional development. You can log your CPD hours in your MyCIBSE portal.

Do I receive a certificate? If so how?


Yes, you will receive a CPD certificate after completing the course. This will be emailed to you along with our evaluation form.

How is a course delivered?
 

Our courses are presented by our technical trainers. The day may include group work, discussions such as a question and answer session as well as working examples and calculations.
 

When will I receive my exam results?
 

This will usually take up to 2 weeks after the exam, however for courses outside of London it might take slightly longer.

 

What are the exams made up of – How you’re assessed?

 

EPC: This exam is made up of 50 multiple choice questions and 2 exercises
DEC: This exam is made up of 50 multiple choice questions and 2 exercises
ESOS: This exam is made up of 30 multiple choice questions
ISO: This exam is made up of 40 multiple choice questions
