This course is available as an In-house course only

The aim of the course is:

  • To cover the procedures for small and large projects, client brief, design, tendering, negotiation, estimating, planning cost control, procuring, subcontracting, suppliers, completion, and handling projects simultaneously

  • To answer questions and provide possible solutions to delegates current project work issues
