Timeline
17 September 2018 – Submit 250 (max) word abstract through online form
October 2018 - Selected authors will be advised
December 2018 - Draft manuscripts of full paper, poster or case study due
January 2019 - Authors receive reviewers’ comments
February 2019 - Deadline for completed and finalised submission
Terms and Conditions
If the abstract is accepted you will submit the appropriate material by the designated dates (above) and fully expect to be able to be present in Sheffield on 25-26 April 2019. Please note the Symposium Scientific Committee will allocate submissions to oral or poster sessions prior to requesting a paper/poster and at any stage reserves the right to reject any submission.
Any materials that are submitted for review to be presented at the Technical Symposium must not be published or shared anywhere (including on personal websites) prior to the completion of the Technical Symposium (ie not before 27th April 2019).
