CIBSE NI recently hosted an evening, "From YEN ➜ Fellow (& Everything Inbetween)", in Belfast, featuring distinguished speakers who captivated the audience with insightful presentations. The lineup included CIBSE President Adrian Catchpole, Geoff Prudence, Founder & Chair of CIBSE Fellows Network, Conor Gallagher, CIBSE NI Vice-Chair, and Max McCone, CIBSE NI YEN Chair.
The presentations covered a diverse range of topics, including mentorship, the benefits of STEM Ambassadorship, the journey to becoming a Fellow, the advantages of YEN and the dynamics of reverse mentoring.
Following the presentations, the event seamlessly transitioned into a vibrant networking session where attendees had the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals.
