The CIBSE Canada Network recently hosted a highly engaging event in Toronto, featuring a presentation by CIBSE President Fiona Cousins on Building Performance Reimagined. This transformative report takes a holistic, future-focused approach to building performance, placing significant emphasis on health, resilience, and sustainability.

In her presentation, Fiona explored the key findings and insights from the report, shedding light on how buildings can be designed and operated to enhance occupant well-being while addressing the challenges of climate change and urban resilience.

Following Fiona's presentation, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a thought-provoking panel discussion, featuring experts Jenn McArthur, Abhishek Khurana, and Brendan Slyne. The panelists discussed the practical applications of the report’s recommendations and shared their perspectives on the future of building performance.

The event was hosted by Arup, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to them for their support.

This event marked a significant step in fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the building performance community. We look forward to continuing the conversation and driving positive change across the industry.
