Objectives of the consultation
This consultation set out changes to Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) and Part F (Ventilation) of the Welsh Building Regulations for existing dwellings, overheating in new dwellings, and changes to align with the energy performance of buildings directive.
The consultation closed on 17 February 2021.
