Before signing your students up with CIBSE, please ensure they have read our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. By providing their details, they are agreeing that they have read and accepted these documents.
If you are a University or College and wish to have your students register as CIBSE Student members (at least 15 students), you can do so via the process below. If you have any questions, please contact Selina Heung at [email protected]
- Advise all students to register for a MyCIBSE account, providing full contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
- Download and complete our Bulk Registration Form
- Email to [email protected] who will process the student memberships
- Any students listed without a MyCIBSE account will not be processed
- Invoice to be sent and paid within 30 days of receipt
- Once payment has been received, CIBSE will notify all students once their registrations have been completed
Please note: this can take around 3-4 weeks to be processed
Full Time Students
If you have any Full Time Students that need to be registered, they should apply online directly via the link below. Access to membership benefits will take around 2 weeks to be reviewed and granted.
