STEM Ambassador

The scheme is available to all UK-based members of CIBSE who want to inspire the next generation and promote careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and more specifically provide an insight into the life of a building services engineer.

Reviewer for the Technical Symposium

CIBSE would like senior members of the profession (equivalent to Members and Fellows of CIBSE or an associated technical society/body) to be involved in the review process for the annual Technical Symposium. The reviewing will typically take place in December and January and is a relatively straightforward process using a simple form to provide feedback on the papers.

Scientific Committee Member

CIBSE would like senior members of the profession (equivalent to Members and Fellows of CIBSE or an associated technical society/body) to be involved in the review process for the annual Technical Symposium, as well as publications in the BSER&T and LR&T Journals.

Training Peer Review Panel

The Training Peer Review Panel is responsible for identifying areas of improvement within CIBSE’s existing, and developing training offerings. The panel will be drawn from a cross-section of the membership in terms of discipline, experience, location, and diversity of those involved.
