Three sponsorship packages are available.

Headline Sponsor - £5,500+VAT (one available)

The Headline Sponsor will have prominence across the Conference, including:

  • First choice position of allocated stand space (pull-up banner and demonstration table) in the MacMillan Hall where refreshments, lunch and networking will take place.
  • Company listing on the SLL Conference website including 100-word profile and company logo.
  • Opportunity to provide a five-minute technical address to delegates during the opening session to recognise the importance of supporting the event.
  • Recognition (by name and logo where practical) in principal marketing materials and promotion before the event, including SLL e-newsletter (circulated to over 10,000 contacts).
  • Inclusion on all bespoke email communications surrounding the event (invites, confirmations, etc.). 
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship on SLL X, Instagram accounts and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Credit in Light Lines editorial review of the Conference.
  •  Opportunity to write a branded SLL content piece in line with the Conference theme: “Illuminating the Future: Balancing Light and Dark Nightscapes”; a thought piece on current developments in your area of specialisation, not a sales piece (subject to the SLL editorial team sign-off).

Sponsor - £3,500 + VAT (x available)

Additional Add on

Dedicated webinar (four available) - £1000 + VAT (NB CIBSE charge £4,000 but using dedicated webinar software for up to 1000 people).

  • Pre- or post-event scheduled webinar, date to be confirmed with SLL.
  • Hosted on Teams, up to 250 attendees.
  •  Maximum one hour, including time for Q&A.
  • Follow-up survey for lead generation.
  •  Up to five handouts can be distributed during the webinar.
  •  Content must be technically focused, rather than a sales pitch.

Drinks Reception - £2,000 + VAT

  • Allocated stand space (pull-up banner and demonstration table) in the MacMillan Hall where refreshments, lunch and networking will take place.
  • Recognition by name in the reception welcome speech, combined with an opportunity to welcome guests as the drink’s reception.
  • Company listing on the SLL Conference website including 100-word profile and company logo.
  •  Recognition (by name and logo where practical) in principal marketing materials and promotion prior to the event, including SLL e-newsletter (circulated to over 10,000 contacts).
  • Credit in Light Lines editorial review of the Conference.
