For SFE members who have achieved a professional grade of SFE membership, a key member benefit is the use of post nominals to highlight their achievements.

Corporate Members of the Society may use the following descriptions, as appropriate:

Grade of membership

Designatory letters

Associate

AMSFE

Member

MSFE

Fellow

FSFE

Honorary Fellows who were previously corporate members of the Society may use the designatory letters HonFSFE.

Other classes may use the words “<class> of the Society of Facade Engineering” where <class> is the full name of the class of membership, ie. student member or affiliate member.

Using your post nominals correctly is important. Not only does it reflect your achievements and professional status, but it also raises the profile and recognition of the SFE.

If you are interested in becoming a professional member of the SFE, or are unsure on what post nominals your membership allows you to use, please contact [email protected].
