AECOM offer a 2-Year Graduate Program that includes:

  • Seamless transition into professional level role at the completion of the graduate program.
  • Networking and Informative Opportunities
  • Mentoring opportunities from experienced professionals
    Learn from Technical Experts

Cundall’s Graduate Programme is a three-year pathway that ensures early career professionals are immediately connected to a network of peers, encouraged to strive for Chartership, and grow strong relationships with the senior technical and management staff. It ensures all Graduates are given training in essential real-world project skills.

Every Graduate is partnered with a buddy to assist them in settling into the day-to-day culture and processes of the company and a Mentor, who gives tailored professional guidance, encouragement and shares knowledge gained from experience.

Northrop is proud to be nominated for the CIBSE ANZ Young Engineers Awards in recognition of our unique graduate program. Our structured approach to personal development is directly aligned to the achievement of Chartership and provides a detailed pathway of 150+ hours of training over an individual's initial period at Northrop, as well as support to participate in getting involved in the broader industry, through a membership of an industry organisation and participation in community building activities. We support all employees with the selection of a mentor and buddy to support their development both technically and socially.
