Program of the Year 2024
NORTHROP CONSULTING ENGINEERS
Northrop's combined written and video submission highlighted how their graduates are developed, and this aligned well with the MCIBSE development framework. Further, their submission provided great detail on how they value success in the development of their grads, and how they go about measuring it throughout. It's really encouraging to see this level of technical ability development considered in their programme.
