Tools to engineer a net zero future
This online series will deliver a tool kit of knowledge for engineers and designers to get their projects to net zero and beyond. The focus will be practical, examining approaches and tools that can be applied.
Our presenters will examine the latest climate science before looking to the future of AI tools and how they can improve the profession. The following session will focus on passive design and how engineers can advise beyond building services; the next session is dedicated to sharing net zero adaptations for existing buildings. We then look at the tactical skills needed to create an appetite with financiers and clients for sustainable building design by examining exemplary project case studies.
The Seminar Series will take place online, over five weeks.
