Daniel Large is a seasoned heating industry professional with over 20 years of experience. Starting as a plumbing and heating apprentice, he has progressed to become a Gas Safe Engineer and has worked for renowned companies like Baxi. His expertise extends to heat pumps, a field he has specialized in for the past 13 years. In 2017, he founded Solaris Energy to provide dedicated support for heat pump technology. Daniel's commitment to the industry is evident through his active involvement in the MCS Working Group 6 for heat pumps and his participation in the employer group for the new Low Carbon Heating Technician Apprenticeship.
Alex Price - Design Engineer
Alex Price joined Solaris Energy in 2019 and has since gained experience in a variety of heating and cooling systems. He has worked on air conditioning installations, heat pump installations, and breakdown and maintenance services. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Alex holds multiple manufacturer training qualifications and is certified in F-Gas, G3, Water Regulations, and Electrical Safe Isolation.
