All YEA entry categories are free to enter.
Simply choose your entry category from the list below to discover more about the entry criteria and access the online entry forms. Don't forget to download your 'Prepare your entry form'.

- Download the 'Prepare your entry' form to familiarise yourself with your chosen category
- Submit your entry
This year, the award has been split into two categories:
- Apprentice of the Year - Technician (Level 3-4) - free to enter and open to all Apprentices registered to Standards/Frameworks at levels 3 and 4 in building services engineering and related occupations.
- Apprentice of the Year - Degree (Level 5-7) - free to enter and open to all Apprentices registered to Standards/Frameworks at levels 5 through 7 in building services engineering and related occupations.

The CIBSE ASHRAE Graduate Award is one of the industry's most sought-after accolades. Each year, the Awards celebrate individuals who deserve special recognition for their outstanding achievements within the building services industry.
Any engineer who has graduated in a building services-related field, either under or post-graduate, in the past two years is eligible to take part.

The CIBSE Employer Award has three categories for small, medium, and large employers, together with an overall winner. The awards recognise employers who place young engineers at the heart of their business and invest in their career progression.
The entry must be signed by senior management or a company director.
