BIM Manager (MEP)

Your new role Whilst the role will be extremely varied, typical responsibilities could include: Manage software products, including updates and customisation. Implement and evaluate BIM-related software and technologies. Stay updated on best practices for Revit Architecture and other BIM software. Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards. Maintain software templates and ensure quality control. Automate routines to support standards and productivity. Chair the BIM committee and report on implementation. Provide hardware and network support. Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors and support staff. Coordinate project standards, assist in setup, modelling, and detailing. Resolve design issues and manage digital documents. Participate in industry organisations and events. What you'll need to succeed 4+ years BIM/Revit MEP experience In-depth working knowledge of current Revit and BIM applications Experience of relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks & BIM360 Experience of computational tools such as Dynamo and its benefits are desirable Have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO:19650 BS1192, PAS1192 and associated documents What you'll get in return A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company that values innovation and growth. Assistant Mechanical Project Manager  Location:  South London Salary:  £25,000 – £35,000 + Travel Expenses + Benefits Company Overview Our client is a well-established, privately-owned mechanical contractor based in South London, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. With a team of around 35 staff, the company specialises in fast-track commercial office fit-out projects across London, managing project values ranging from £500k to £11.5 million. Role Overview They are currently seeking an  Assistant Mechanical Project Manager  to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in the building services industry who is looking to develop a long-term career in project delivery. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple departments including Estimating, Quantity Surveying, CAD & Design, and Project Management. The company provides comprehensive training and mentorship to support your development and provide a well-rounded understanding of project delivery from start to finish.
