Your new role Manage software products, including updates and customisation. Implement and evaluate BIM-related software and technologies. Stay updated on best practices for Revit Architecture and other BIM software. Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards. Maintain software templates and ensure quality control. Automate routines to support standards and productivity. Train and oversee Revit Specialists to maintain BIM standards. Create technology evaluations and budgets. Chair the BIM committee and report on implementation. Develop upgrade strategies, assess, plan, execute, and confirm success. Provide hardware and network support. Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors and support staff. Coordinate project standards, assist in setup, modelling, and detailing. Resolve design issues and manage digital documents. Participate in industry organisations and events. What you'll need to succeed 4+ years BIM/Revit MEP experience In-depth knowledge of current BIM versions. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour Ability to manage priorities and work independently. Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer

Your New Company You will be part of a growing family-owned establishment in operation in over 25 years, focusing on Mechanical Contracting. They work on a range of projects but have a strong focus on office fit out. This is a hybrid role based in Bromsgrove. Your New Role In this role you will be starting with mainly focusing upon IES/Thermal Modelling and expanding into a full spectrum of responsibilities. Therefore this would suit someone either of their learning trajectory or someone who is a well established Mechanical Design Engineer. Your role will evolve to include: Create detailed designs for mechanical systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems.Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. Mechanical Design Engineer

Your new role As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and producing working design drawings for handover to contracts for delivery. You will maintain a close working relationship with the contracts team from start to finish and collaborate with the design team from inception to completion.
