You will design across all RIBA design stages 1-7 ranging from feasibility studies to full detailed design, working across a broad range of sectors within the private and public fields. With a 20 strong M&E team the business traditionally focused on all aspects of M&E Surveying but over recent years they have invested growth into their M&E Design and Project Management offering. As a global Building Consultancy, the main differential from the traditional design consultancies is that they have access to their own client base and do not have to competitively tender for projects, resulting in a less pressurised environment and providing the financial resources to recruit into the M&E team when needed rather than expecting employees to shoulder more pressure and work excessive hours. They are looking for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their busy electrical team to work on some of the UKs largest high end residential and hotel projects.
