Mechanical Design Engineer
Mechanical Design Engineer - To £50K + Package and 9-day fortnight Ever considered setting up on your own, but not sure where to start? Would you like full autonomy, yet still have diverse projects, a monthly salary and an extra day off every two weeks? Established six years ago by Chartered Directors who have worked for both contractors and consultancies, this MEP Design Consultancy offers a unique client and candidate experience. They partner with architects and end users from an early stage of a project to ensure their buildings remain innovative, low energy and adaptable. Yet working for both side of the fence means that they are also able to take projects to Stage 5. Their designs are properly coordinated, easy to install, easy to maintain and remain flexible. For Engineers, they offer a non-corporate environment, free from red tape and as much autonomy as possible. They pay everyone well and want people to progress as quickly as possible, so that they can lead projects independently. Working for a small consultancy has many advantages.
