Your new role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be an integral member of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, overseeing multidisciplinary projects and providing technical support and mentorship to other Electrical Engineers. In this role, you will: Work in an interdisciplinary environment, designing buildings that maximise value for clients while minimising environmental impact. Actively participate in all project stages, from feasibility to completion, across various sectors, with a focus on data centres, as well as healthcare, laboratories, commercial, residential, education, energy, sport, and mixed-use developments. Contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of the business, exploring new ways to enhance efficiency through automation and offering new services to clients via an integrated digital design approach. What you'll need to succeed You should hold a degree in Electrical Services Engineering, ideally at the MEng level, with substantial experience in Electrical Building Services Engineering. You will have prior experience leading design projects, with a strong emphasis on analysis software and digital design tools in the built environment. Experience working within a BIM environment using Revit is also required. Ideally chartered or willing to work towards. Fire Risk Assessor / Consultant - Oxfordshire

Your new company We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join a local authority housing team on an initial interim basis, which will lead to longer-term opportunities. This role requires a holistic approach to building and fire safety across the housing stock of 8,000. Your new role Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments across a variety of properties. Review existing fire risk assessments to check that they are fit for purpose. Provide expert advice and guidance on fire safety matters to staff and stakeholders accordingly. Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to enhance fire safety practices. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience as a fire risk assessor, preferably working client-side for a local authority, or for a housing association. Detailed knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practice will be required in this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An FRA qualification at level 3, 4 or 5 will be required. Engineering Maintenance Manager (Remote working)

Engineering Maintenance Manager (remote working) Scotland Our client, a National fuel and energy supplier, is looking for the services of an Engineering Maintenance Manager covering multiple sites and subcontractors who carry out the maintenance of their terminals across the Scottish Region. The role can be remotely based as much of the work is subcontracted out to external providers. You will plan, organise, co-ordinate and structure all maintenance and repair work at sites under your responsibility and will ensure works are carried out in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
