Sustainability Consultant (IES - Client Side)
Sustainability Consultant (IES - Client Side) - London - to £50,000 + c.10% Bonus + Pension 12% + Package. Minimum Requirements Experience using energy simulation software, ideally IES Demonstrate experience in the design and delivery of energy analysis, legislative compliance, and energy auditing. Experience in routine reporting internally and externally for client stakeholders Evident passion to drive energy efficiency within the built environment Strong verbal and graphic communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team focused environment and work individually. Highly motivated and self-assured individual with drive for self-development Desirable Expertise Experience designing HVAC systems in the commercial property sector. Demonstrate experience of operating within the commercial property sector Working knowledge of building certification standards like BREEAM, LEED, WELL or Fitwel Working experience of conducting advanced data analytics including energy modelling and life cycle analysis (LCA) In summary: We’re looking for a Sustainability Consultant to cover approx 8 months maternity leave, with a high potential for the FTC to become a Permanent position.
