Established six years ago by Chartered Directors who have worked for both contractors and consultancies, this MEP Design Consultancy offers a unique client and candidate experience. Conduct inspections of existing building services installations, determine what existing services can be retained Produce mechanical designs and calculations for RIBA Stages 2 to 4, and sometimes even Stage 5. Use IESVe or Hevacomp for calculations Attend site visits, surveys, and witness the commissioning of M&E services Produce detailed specifications and coordinated drawings Review contractors' proposals, respond to RFI's Attend site and design team meetings. Requirements Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role Able to use Revit, Bluebeam and either IESVe or Hevacomp Takes pride in their work Able to manage your own time effectively.
