The Opportunity: This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, number 1 in the global market in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuations, with revenues in excess of £20bn and 500 offices globally. A move into their M&E Design & Projects team would represent absolute career progression. A wide-ranging scope of projects including office fit outs, laboratories, industrial & logistics, data centres, listed and public buildings, refurbishments, new build, plant replacements, feasibility studies, project monitoring, sustainability projects. *The role will involve working with an existing internal client base supporting the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients. Based in either a central London office or working from home, you’ll be part of a team on working projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
