Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Preparing designs for a full range of building services. Contributing to the development of health and safety plans and files. Conducting troubleshooting exercises related to energy consumption and internal conditions, including surveys, reports, schedules and feasibility studies. Developing planned maintenance specifications and overseeing contract management and reporting. Managing energy strategies and ensuring Part L compliance in projects. Maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business. Assisting with fee proposals and contract negotiations, subject to director approval. Supporting the development and succession planning of team members. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Two to three years of relevant experience. Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure. Commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project goals and deadlines.
